Standing, Walking, Running Easy is a 6 class series exploring different ways to moving easier. Classes will focus on finding your optimal standing position, identifying your standing leg and how to use this information to let yourself stand, walk and run easy. Lessons will be exploring working from different positions; standing and sitting, laying on the ground and breath work!
Classes are for beginner’s to long time Feldenkrais practitioners. Can interest anyone with pain walking, running or standing, people who like to work out, dancers and musicians who use running and standing for their practice. Or anyone interested in enhancing their meditation practice by including movement in it!
