This series will focus on how changing the perspective of healing to one of cultivating awareness can lead to a future which is rich in learning, growing and thriving. It is a series of 6 lessons which will develop deep awareness of your 5 cardinal lines. Developing this awareness creates a bountiful access to strength and length.
Hips, knees, ankles, toes; A path to Healthy Joints – Awareness Through Movement – Feldenkrais
This is a two part series on finding a path towards healthy joints (hips, knees, ankles and toes). The first series will be 7 foundational movements to prepare for the second series which will work on finding a functional and easy way to bend the knees and sit on the heels or sit on the front part of the feet. Flexibility for strength is our goal.
