This is the complete 6 class Awareness Through Movement series of the recorded series “Adults! What would it feel like to be spontaneous?.” The series explores many different aspects of movement – length and shortness, incorporating movement on different planes, by adding rolling. And learning how to find ease and comfort in coming up from lying to standing.
