Breathing with your whole self
What's it about?
This series is all about working with breathing to find more space in your lungs. We often suffer from shortness of breath because of loss of muscular sensation in the ribs. The feeling of breathing is actually just the feeling of the muscles opening up space in the lungs for air to come in! But, if you forget about the intercostal (rib) muscles, they won’t open up and air can’t get inside. This method is a great way to radically improve your breathing!

What's it about?
This series is my most adventurous yet! It’s full of fun, some relaxing moments and loads of really good learning. We will start the series with a gentle exploration of yourself. Learning what touches the floor, what doesn’t and will be the base of our explorations from then on.

Adults, what would it feel like to be spontaneous ||
What's it about?
Back from it’s popularity, this series takes the same idea, fun simply effective play to learning and growing. The series explores many different aspects of movement – length and shortness, incorporating movement on different planes. And learning how to find ease and comfort in coming up from lying to standing.

Standing, walking, running easy.
What's it about?
This is a six class series on finding ways to move through the world a little bit easier. Classes will focus on finding your optimal standing position, identifying your standing leg and how to use this information to let yourself stand, walk and run easy. Lessons will be exploring working from different positions; standing and sitting, laying on the ground and breath work!
